The security of the building at Personal Aparts Bellas Artes was excellent. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions. I would recommend this hotel for its security and convenient location.

Worn furniture, needs some love.

This hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city center and just a quick walk away from all the main attractions. We also found that the hotel had great cleanliness and hotel facilities. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely helpful throughout our entire stay.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel in the city center. The location was absolutely fantastic, with everything I needed right at my doorstep. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was great value for money, with prices that were reasonable considering its central location. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. I also loved the amazing views from the windows, which added an extra touch of beauty to my stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The location of the apartments was very convenient and allowed easy access to both Santa Lucia hill and Barrio Lastarria. The unit was clean and well equipped with all necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The staff were also helpful and provided clear instructions for check-in.

The buildings were not as well maintained as the pictures suggest, and some apartments were in need of renovation. The check-in process was also cumbersome as it involved going to a different location to pay and retrieve keys.

There was nothing I didn't like.

If you're looking for a hotel in a really central location, this is definitely a great choice. You'll be able to walk to almost everything you want to see in the city. Plus, the prices are really reasonable for what you're getting. The rooms themselves are basic but well-equipped, with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. They also have great views of the surrounding area.

All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There wasn't anything that stood out as a major issue, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

I recently had a fabulous stay at this hotel. the location couldn't have been better - just a couple of blocks from the bustling Plaza del Armas and near the metro. It was so convenient for exploring the city and getting around. Secondly, the value for money was outstanding. At just $55 per night, I couldn't believe how affordable it was, especially considering its prime location in the center. Lastly, the apartment itself was great. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. it was a wonderful experience.

Went to a charming place for a romantic escape, with a perfect location to enjoy the city life. The view was breathtaking from the window, and the staff was helpful with the organization of the tours. We got a beautiful room with a king size bed and a spacious bathroom.

We had to deal with the noise of the busy street just outside the window. The room was not well soundproofed, and it could be tough for light sleepers.

Stayed at Personal Aparts Bellas Artes for a few days and had a fantastic time. The location was incredibly central, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating our last-minute request for an extra day. They even offered to switch rooms and provided a cot for our baby. The option of daily cleaning was a great touch, ensuring our stay was always comfortable. Being in the heart of the city gave us an authentic experience, living amongst the locals. The presence of supermarkets right outside the door made it convenient for all our needs.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The location of the apartment is great, conveniently close to a main square and near Santa Lucia hill, with easy access to the metro station. The appartment is relatively clean, tidy and comfortable, with good storage and furnishings. Although the kitchen could do with some updating, it is relatively equipped.

The customer service could be improved, especially with regards to online requests.
